Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 15, 2021, Michael Rossi resigned from the board of directors of Zanite Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”). Mr. Rossi’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company concerning any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices and he will remain in his position as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
